System Requirements

Inspection Butler is built for IBM Personal Computers (PCs) using Microsoft Access 2000 (or later). Therefore, Inspection Butler requires Microsoft Access to be installed on the host computer.

The only other requirement is sufficient harddrive space. The amount of harddisk space required for Inspection Butler is dependent on the amount of information expected to be stored - the more information, the more space that will be needed. The core Inspection Butler tools are approximately 40 megabytes in size, making the minimum required free harddrive space to be about 50 megabytes. If, on the other hand, a large amount of information, especially building plans, are expected to be entered into Inspection Butler, a larger amount of harddrive space may be needed. Free harddrive space of 100 megabytes should be more than sufficient for most users.
